What is online rental management with HelloRento?
HelloRento is a web application for landlords, whether you let as an individual or through a company, with one property or a whole portfolio. You centralise your properties, tenants, tenancy agreements and documents, then generate rent receipts, inspections and rent reviews from your browser, with nothing to install.
Is HelloRento free?
Yes: the Free plan (€0/month) includes 1 property, 1 tenant, 1 contract, 1 inventory and 2 property inspections, with no time limit. The Pro plan at €9.90 excl. VAT per month, or €99 excl. VAT per year (2 months free), removes every limit and includes electronic signature.
Are the tenancy agreements legally compliant?
In French, leases follow the model contract required by the Alur law; the English version is built for British law. Agreements are pre-filled with the property and tenant details, signed electronically (eIDAS), and HelloRento also handles renewals and addenda.
Can I carry out a digital property inspection?
Yes. Move-in and move-out inspections are completed room by room, with photos and signatures from both parties. The PDF is generated automatically and kept with the tenant's file.
How are rent receipts generated?
As soon as a payment is recorded, HelloRento generates the rent receipt and emails it to the tenant. It stays available in the payment history and in the tenant portal.
How does the annual rent review work?
For French tenancies, HelloRento calculates the annual review from the official IRL index published by INSEE. The notification letter to the tenant is ready to send: no more hunting for the index or redoing the maths.
