Yes. The Free plan costs €0 per month and includes 1 property, 1 tenant, 1 contract, 1 inventory and 2 property inspections. It has no time limit: it is designed for a first rental property.

How many properties can I manage with each plan?

The Free plan is limited to 1 property and 1 tenant. The Pro plan, monthly or annual, removes these limits: properties, tenants, contracts, inventories and inspections are unlimited.

What does the Pro plan include?

Pro includes unlimited properties, tenants, contracts, inventories and property inspections, with electronic signature included. It costs €9.90 excl. VAT per month, or €99 excl. VAT per year.

What is the difference between Pro Monthly and Pro Annual?

Both plans include the same features. Pro Monthly costs €9.90 excl. VAT per month. Pro Annual costs €99 excl. VAT per year, i.e. €8.25 excl. VAT per month: 2 months free compared with the monthly plan.
